UMA

Goddess Parvathy is also known by the name Uma. Along with Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Uma forms the trinity of Hindu goddesses that is Tridevi. An exquisite piece, Uma appears as two-handed and is seated on a pedestal in sukhasana. Possibly the image may be a part of the ‘somaskanda’ group.
