Krishna Devaraya was the emperor of Vijayanagara Empire. The coin was in use during his rule. Obverse: An image of Garuda facing towards the left is visible. Along with this an image of a conch and a discus is visible in the area near the head. Reverse: Three line Nagari legend: sri/pratap/Krishna/ raya can be found.
