Bhadrakali is the most popular Goddess worshiped in Kerala. She is a fierce form of Devi. The image is two-handed and is in standing posture. The image is depicted as carrying a baby. This is a typical example of local folk art tradition. The peculiar thing is the headdress. The image is standing above the pedestal.
